Twenty-three commercial briefings on the categories indirect procurement actually negotiates — market size, provider economics, pricing models, levers, question banks and caveats — plus practitioner training modules on negotiation, requirements, stakeholders and indexation. Free to read in full, no sign-in.

Put a question to every guide and module

Ask in plain English — a provider's pricing model, which levers apply to a category, how to cap an uplift — and get the passages that answer it, each linked to the section it came from.

About us

What we stand for

For too long, critical information about supplier pricing, profit drivers, negotiation levers and industry practices has remained hidden behind closed doors or expensive subscription based services. We're changing that. Kwantify is an independent, free tool for Procurement professionals.

All content is created using AI but with oversight from an experienced and senior Procurement practitioner.

It empowers Procurement to
01Negotiate better deals
02Talk with authority and credibility in front of stakeholders and suppliers
03Accelerate their workflow
04Deliver on their target

Why now?

Traditional Procurement market intelligence and training is often theoretical, ineffective, and detached from real-world scenarios. Competency amongst practitioners vary widely, and practical, reliable intelligence is hard to find.

Kwantify is an AI first initiative which aims to disrupt the Procurement market intelligence and training industry. Whilst we intend to initially focus on indirect market guides, our intention is to build out a comprehensive library of training content and tooling — all with the common aim of empowering Procurement to deliver more.

Kwantify is in essence an experiment: with a carefully considered AI led workflow and human quality assurance, is it possible to create a free product which may either remove or complement the expensive market intelligence services often used by Procurement teams?

We'd love your perspective as to how we're doing

Tell us what's useful, what's wrong, and what's missing. Corrections to a guide, a category you want covered, or a training module you'd find valuable — all of it helps.

Our roadmap is open. Everything we're planning sits on the roadmap board, and you can vote for the items you'd get the most value from — what rises to the top gets built first.
